RTX is seeking an experienced AOI Inspection Engineer to lead the strategy for AOI inspection in the Die Visual work center. You will review data to identify trends, drive yield improvements, and support corrective actions with process teams.
You will also mentor junior engineers, lead capital equipment qualifications, and collaborate across engineering, operations and quality to elevate findings and drive factory‑level decisions.
