As a Test Engineer at MKS Andover, you will partner with R&D, Engineering, Product management, Applications, and customers to develop and support vacuum valves.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Contributing to the design and development of advanced products for Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment.
• Designing and building test equipment for vacuum valves.
• Designing, executing, and documenting performance and life tests.
• Specifying requirements for clean room facilities.
• Specifying requirements for high purity cleaning equipment.
• Designing, specifying, and executing test methods for particle metrology.

Skills You Bring:

• Knowledge and experience of high purity vacuum systems.
• Knowledge and experience with particle metrology for semiconductor processing equipment.
• Knowledge and experience of product testing in an R&D environment.
• BS Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience, preferably with Semiconductor Equipment.
• System design and integration skills involving mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and Labview.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with valves for high vacuum equipment.
• Experience with on wafer particle metrology.

Physical Demands &

Working Conditions:

• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time.
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Occasionally moves/positions objects up to 20 lbs.
• Operates in a professional office and/or laboratory/manufacturing environment.
• Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards, including handling vacuum systems, mechanical hardware, and associated laboratory equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $

Total Base Pay Range $ - $ per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
