What You Will Do- Translate engineering design requirements, repairs, and upgrades into formal manufacturing process documentation
- Evaluate incoming hardware for repair and disposition discrepant hardware
- Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing process development and maintenance for field return material
- Coordinate technical matters across different organizations and/or suppliers
- Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
- Communicate with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with related military and industry standards and specifications
- Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis
- Specialized Tooling Development (Jigs, Fixtures, Specialized Packaging Development)
- Active DoD Clearance (Confidential)
- Experience with supporting a microelectronics assembly production floor, (process and/or quality focus).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
