An industry-leading technology company that develops advanced instrumentation and sensing solutions for the semiconductor, medical device, and industrial markets is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to join its growing engineering organization. This is a full-time role in Andover, MA onsite 5 days per week. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to develop products that directly impact some of the world's most advanced manufacturing environments.
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the field
- Deep expertise in low-noise analog electronics and precision sensor design
- Strong experience with embedded microprocessors and embedded systems
- Strong understanding of instrumentation and measurement systems
- Experience leading electronics development for complex multidisciplinary products
- Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and product development activities
- Strong understanding of BOM management, ECO processes, and manufacturing documentation
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
- Instrumentation, metrology, or precision measurement experience
- New Product Introduction experience
- Experience with vacuum systems and vacuum sensor technology
