We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls) to support the East Coast Factories. Your responsibilities include supporting the East Coast Factories, executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI deliverables, constructing and executing change management protocols to generate value, sharing knowledge, resolving conflicts, and communicating critical information across a variety of multifunctional stakeholder groups. You will prioritize tasks in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline-driven environment.

• Provide financial program cost control support to East Coast Factories.
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI deliverables.
• Assist in constructing and executing change management protocols to drive value through critical analysis.
• Share knowledge, resolve conflicts, and communicate critical information across various multifunctional stakeholder groups.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline-driven environment.

• Typical requirement: a university degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience and understanding of program business role, SAP, EVMS, or financial planning and analysis concepts.
• Computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Confidential security clearance.

• Background supporting a manufacturing-based environment.
• Practical knowledge in contributing to and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tasks within a team.
• A broad understanding of financial principles and their impact on other areas of the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership.

• Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD.
