Position: OSC Principal Financial Analyst

• Lead quarterly EAC processes – gather inputs, update APEX, prepare presentations, conduct variance analysis, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial forecasts and LREs, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans.
• Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs, production labor, and support labor processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Collaborate frequently with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, and Program Finance teams.
• Assist with proposal/BOE (Basis of Estimate) activity.

• University Degree (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in finance operations or finance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Experience using SAP Business Systems (e.g., APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office) and Earned Value methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and coordinate in a matrix environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and process‑improvement skills.

• Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
