Location and Employment
Andover, MA. Onsite. U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities- Develop and support Quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
- Establish and maintain program logs, including Management Reserve, Undistributed Budget, BCRs, and other financial tracking.
- Interface with all levels of management and work in a matrix environment with Directors, PMs, OSC, Engineering, Finance, etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes/cadences or establish new ones.
- Serve as a strategic partner to program leadership, influencing at all levels and managing staffing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and at least 5 years of finance‑related experience, OR advanced degree and at least 3 years of finance‑related experience.
- Experience with SAP or a similar financial system.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of finance and program control.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Financial experience in aerospace/defense industry.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or estimates at completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop process improvements.
- Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
