DescriptionThe Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ) Finance organization is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the team. The position will serve as a finance business partner and strategic advisor to the Raytheon Global Security Services team. This position will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and compliance assurance related to indirect expense budgets and assigned CER Pools.
The role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience across all business segment practices, working with several key stakeholders within the Security and Finance functions in meeting our financial commitments.
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual expenses vs plan.
- Analysis of element of cost forecasts for labor, material, and other cost elements.
- Planning and establishment of time phased indirect expense and headcount plans.
- Ensure that the budget systems are loaded to approved values by the Security team. CER pool factors – development, maintenance, and compliance; requires routine interaction with key stakeholders to revisit causal beneficial relationships, ensure compliance, and update factors as necessary.
- Review for compliant labor and pool charges.
- Prepare appropriate JVs and IOTs as required.
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Previous financial experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative with assignments given.
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment with limited supervision.
- Able to multi-task and produce quality work by being well organized, accurate, efficient, timely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Experience using SAP business systems.
- Experience using Rplan and Control XL.
- General knowledge of FAR and CAS Government Regulations.
- Experience in preparing Estimates at Complete (EACs). General knowledge of indirect expense and CER pool planning.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
