Sr. Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

We develop, manufacture, and supply dental implants, clear aligners, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics, and biomaterials for use in esthetic dentistry and tooth replacement or restoration solutions.

A highly analytical and business‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A will support the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities. This role partners with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams, translating financial results into actionable insights that drive better decision‑making. Responsibilities include contributing to the annual budget, periodic forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and long‑range planning; developing and maintaining financial models;

and providing clear recommendations on business performance.

• Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes by preparing templates, consolidating inputs, and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare financial presentations and reporting materials summarizing business performance and key variances.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial results, identifying and explaining variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating performance.
• Conduct financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision‑making.
• Translate financial data into clear, concise insights tailored to finance and business stakeholders.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations that effectively communicate performance and recommendations.
• Maintain and update long‑range financial planning models to assess the impact of investments, changes, and initiatives.
• Partner cross‑functionally with business and finance leaders to support planning, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to financial planning and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, Accounting, or Finance experience.

• MBA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with emotional maturity, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in distilling extensive data into an executive‑level story to drive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate and influence business partners to deliver company objectives.
• Foresight and initiative to identify and resolve issues at multiple levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently solving problems.

Salary: $95,000 – $112,000 per annum. Final pay will vary based on location and experience.
