MRAD Business Manager; M4 *HYBRID

The Land and Air Defense (LADS) team at Raytheon seeks a finance professional to serve as the Kuwait National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) Business Manager (M4) within the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area. The role reports to the Senior Business Manager for FMS NASAMS programs and is based in a hybrid capacity with onsite work in Andover, MA.

• Serve as a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial strategy and execution.
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program and capture execution status, demonstrating exceptional financial and business acumen.
• Lead, develop, mentor, and recruit a geographically dispersed program finance team.
• Oversee the development and analysis of key financial data and metrics, including earned value, cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EAC), long‑range and annual operational planning, new business and capital investment analysis, and manpower planning.
• Ensure financial controls balance finance goals with operational goals.
• Produce monthly forecasts (bookings, sales, profit, cash).
• Support NASAMS proposal activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field ≥ 8 years of finance experience, or advanced degree ≥ 5 years of finance experience.
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with senior level management and/or customers, including formal presentations.
• Proficiency with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or Estimates at Complete (EAC).
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and processes.
• U.S. citizenship required; a U.S. government–issued security clearance is required.
• Preferable: experience with proposal, capture, and/or negotiation; production and/or operations financial management; knowledge of undefinitized contract awards and definitive processes; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to interpret financial policies and procedures; multi‑tasking and leading dynamic teams.

Preferred candidates are located within commuting distance to Massachusetts. Relocation assistance is not provided. This position is U.S.

-based and is classified as a hybrid role.
