Finance Lead (M4)

The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the ICP Portfolio containing CP contracts with projected annual sales of ~$60M. The role requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day program execution, managing all aspects of Earned Value and Estimate at Completion (EAC), providing program planning and control guidance, and summarizing and presenting information to all levels of management.

• Manage forecasts, long‑range planning (LRP), and annual operating plan (AOP)
• Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with program instruction, internal EVM policy, and 10255
• Support and drive a monthly EV cadence – BCRs, LREs, VARs
• Utilize and share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC)
• Provide thorough cost and profitability analysis
• Prepare and present financial information in Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
• Provide Contract Funding Analysis
• Train and develop the finance team

Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and a minimum of 8 years finance‑related working experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance‑related working experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
• Experience with SAP APEX, Rplan, and/or EDIT+

Preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
• Must be independent and self‑motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem‑solve with ability to meet critical deadlines
• Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced work environment

$107,500 USD – $204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
