Senior Finance Manager
This opening is for the Senior Finance Manager supporting the SPY-6 Hardware Production and Sustainment (HP&S) contract within the Naval Radars subprogram area of the Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Product Area within Naval Power (NP). HP&S is the largest program in the NSS portfolio, with an expected AOP of $0.7B in sales for 2027 and a factored LRP of $4B.
The production program is executing its 5th year of a 5-year multi-option contract, with the current program continuing into 2030, and then expected follow-on scope with potential international awards in the Long-Range Plan.
You will be responsible for managing the HP&S financial planning and analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), investments, program controls and related portfolio strategies. HP&S is a DFARs Earned Value reportable program where you will lead your team of five finance professionals in support of annual Integrated Baseline Reviews, Government Joint Surveillance Reviews, and monthly customer deliverables. This role will work closely with the SPY-6 program director, program managers, and collaborate cross-functionally, with frequent presentations to NSS, NP leadership and Raytheon leadership as needed.
This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from our Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA or Tewksbury, MA location.
What You Will Do
- Develop and Present to Leadership Monthly Forecasts, AOP, LRP.
- Review and management of program EACs, EVMS, Monthly Program status
- Support Program Area Reviews, Proposals, Strategy Updates, Ad Hoc Analysis & Cost Modeling.
- Member of NSS Finance & SPY-6 Leadership Teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities across multiple teams across the United States.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Experience presenting data to senior leaders.
- Experience with managing cross-functionally.
- Experience with Program Controls and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience working complex proposals.
- Experience in APEX, Rplan, PRISM tools.
- Experience leading a team.
