Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A
The Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A plays a leadership role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics. This role partners closely with members of business unit Finance and senior leadership to deliver high-quality financial insights.
This is a hybrid role and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Andover, MA.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Develop and maintain financial reporting models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for the executive leadership.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting speed, and analytical depth.
- Lead or support special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration and tight timelines.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Corporate functions, Accounting, and BU FP&A teams.
- Other ad hoc requests, special projects, etc.
Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 10+ yrs of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, within a U.S. publicly traded multi-national organization
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders and produce executive-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise with financial systems (Hyperion Financial Management) and advanced Excel/Power BI skills
This is a hybrid role and candidates must live within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Pay Range: $135,000 - $225,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
- Bonus:
