RTX is seeking an Associate Director of Finance, Program Controls for the Counter Unmanned Airborne Systems (CUAS) area. You will lead a team of 17 finance professionals and guide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to enable informed decisions at the senior-management level.
The role requires a BS in Business/Finance/Economics, 12+ years of finance experience (or 10+ with an advanced degree), and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
