Job Overview

The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) team at RTX is seeking a highly motivated finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a MENA NASAMS finance analyst. The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the Sentinel/NASAMS system built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The selected candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IPT Leads to provide financial management, insight, and solutions that support program goals.

Location: Andover, MA (hybrid – on‑site at Andover, Tucson, AZ, McKinney, TX, Huntsville, AL or remote). Relocation assistance is not offered.

Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required. Applicants must be U.S. persons or possess authorized immigration status to access the financial management system under government contractual requirements.

Security Clearance: None required.

• Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management.
• Provide monthly variance analysis and data reporting.
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).
• Provide cost, schedule, and financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance using company standard tools and processes.
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Deliver financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
• Summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management; execute hands‑on work with the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree and 3 years of experience).
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reporting.
• Familiarity with government contracting environments governed by FAR and DFARS.
• Proposal development experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
