The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Finance Manager. In this role your main responsibility would be the Machining, Cables, and Undersea Factory Center located in Andover MA, and Portsmouth, RI. In this role you’ll be leading a team of MFG Finance Analysts executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.

You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, you will prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
• Conduct side‑by‑side analysis with working teams to drive analytical capability growth and appropriate functional ownership accountability to the results generated.
• Build rapport and trust with stakeholders, building business relationships.
• Understand drivers within respective areas, determine trends or drifts within the organization, consolidate information, identify critical metrics, and recommend / executing solutions to challenges as appropriate.
• Package information into executive level reports and presentations for recurring leadership evaluation.
• Gather and analyze operational, financial, and program performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Prepare data for, analyze, and help drive cost commitments with the factory.
• Weekly/Monthly KPI tracking; HPUs, Utilization, Support to Touch, Cost Per Hour, Overhead Expenses.
• Touch/Support Manpower planning.
• Quarterly EAC support / Risk & Opportunity analysis.

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience presenting/conveying business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds or expertise
• Experience with SAP / PRISM BW /experience using other Microsoft Office tools (including Word and PowerPoint)
