Mental Health Clinician

Terrapin Therapeutic Collaborative is a growing, family focused mental health practice located in Andover, MA. Our team of licensed mental health clinicians provides support to individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. We offer comprehensive, strengths-based behavioral health treatment for individuals and families seeking assistance with emotional and behavioral wellness. This is a part-time in office role for a Mental Health Clinician. The Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy. They will also provide psychological assessments, and treatment planning. The Mental Health Clinician will attend regular staff meetings and maintain accurate, timely medical records. The role is located in Andover, MA.

• Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Behavioral Health experience and knowledge of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and family therapy
• Licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Experience providing direct clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and trauma-informed care is preferred
• Cultural and linguistic competency in working with diverse populations is preferred
