In this Occupational Therapist role, you’ll:
  • Evaluate and diagnose impairments affecting activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs (IADLs), cognition, fine motor skills, and functional participation.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans as an OT, including ADL retraining, adaptive techniques, cognitive strategies, and use of assistive devices.
  • Set clear goals, educate patients on expectations, and build understanding of their rehab process.
  • Counsel patients and families while maintaining precise documentation for all visits and progress tracking.
