Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to further the mission of filling mental health service gaps in the community
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 or more clinical hours per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university
• On track to obtain licensure in the designated field
• Clinical licensure or pre-licensure in Massachusetts, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or Psy.

• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit service documentation and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems;
  Valant experience is a plus
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
• Ability to work 25 clinical hours per week to achieve full-time status
• Ability to see children as needed

Demonstrates expertise in evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with diverse clients and clinical teams. Proficient in managing a full caseload and adhering to documentation protocols in compliance with company policies.
