Licensed Therapist-Andover, Massachusetts
Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families. This role focuses on assessing and treating a variety of mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches while collaborating within a supportive, patient-centered care environment.
Position Highlights- Conduct mental health and substance use assessments
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Utilize CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic interventions
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Experience delivering behavioral health treatment and psychotherapy
- Ability to maintain clinical documentation and work effectively in a collaborative care environment
