As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping our clients overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work with our team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and communities. Your expertise in behavior analysis and therapy will enable you to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families to address behavioral challenges.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and communities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals

• Conduct assessments and monitoring of client progress to inform treatment plans and make data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with families to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (n/a)

• Completion of a Behavior Technician Certification (BT/CB) program or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and theories, including applied behavior analysis and behavioral intervention

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $28 HOURLY
