You will handle HR administration, benefits, employee relations and recruiting tasks, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. As first point of contact for HR inquiries, you will guide employees, escalate complex issues to HRBP/SME, and assist with onboarding, file maintenance and HRIS updates.
