** Scope of Position
** This detail-oriented individual, as part of the Total Rewards team, will support compensation, benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) projects and activities that enhance the company’s continued growth and operations. Our Total Rewards and HRIS Intern will gain hands-on experience with job profiles, compensation structures, Workday functionality, HR data analytics, and employee benefits while collaborating with departments across the organization.

This position reports to the VP of Total Rewards & HRIS. This role is remote and is based in N Andover, MA
** Primary

Job Duties and Responsibilities**
* **** Assist with the company-wide job profile project, including job descriptions, benchmarking, and compensation band reviews.
* Support the development of the revised compensation framework and related reporting.
* Assist in the execution of projects and the design, implementation, and support of Workday system functionality.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR system efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall end-user experience.
* Create and maintain process, system, and end-user documentation.
* Analyze HR data and support the development of HR metrics and reporting.
* Assist with employee benefits activities, including health and retirement benefits.
* Identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs.
* Support the Human Resources team with day-to-day operations and initiatives to improve the employee experience.
* Collaborate with departments across the organization to support Total Rewards and HRIS projects.
* Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the VP of Total Rewards and HRIS or Company management.

** Required Qualifications
*** Current student (junior or senior status)
* Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
* Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
