POSITION SUMMARY

Trans Medics is embarking on a transformative ERP journey to replace its legacy QAD system with a modern, scalable solution. We are seeking a seasoned ERP Senior Program Manager with a strong finance and supply chain background and deep experience in medical device and regulatory environments to lead this multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar initiative. This role will serve as the lead for the ERP program (Oracle Fusion preferred, SAP acceptable) and will also take on responsibilities across portfolio management, program execution, and change leadership.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate across strategic and tactical levels, driving alignment, execution, and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including inflight initiatives and future‑state program tracks, tracking cross‑dependencies and resource overlap.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring deliverables are met and budgets maintained.
  • Maintain continuity of operations (“keep the lights on”) while driving transformation.
  • Provide hands‑on program management including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Hold System Integrator and other vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and scope.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and governance frameworks using SharePoint and Smartsheet.
  • Establish foundational processes for portfolio tracking and executive visibility. Tie delivery of program to realized value leveraging relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Align cross‑functional teams across IT, manufacturing, and business units.
  • Drive change leadership and communication across BUs to support digital transformation.
  • Assist adoption across business units transitioning from paper‑based to digital workflows.
  • Facilitate communication, training, and workshops to enable day‑to‑day operations.
  • Build executive awareness and foster cross‑functional alignment.
  • Lead and inspire a cross‑functional System Integration resources, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Foster strong collaboration across IT, finance, operations, and digital functions.
  • Model Trans Medics’ core values: integrity, discipline, transparency, and teamwork.
  • Perform other Trans Medics tasks and duties as assigned/required.
Management Responsibilities

This position will not have management responsibilities.

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP implementations.
  • Proven track record managing large‑scale ERP programs (Oracle Fusion preferred, SAP acceptable).
  • Experience managing multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption.
  • Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in regulated environments.
  • Experience with constant adoption of new business processes and technology to support business scale, change, and growth.
