Senior Administrative & Program Support Specialist

Celestar, a B&A Company, is currently seeking a Senior Administrative & Program Support Specialist in support of the Department of Counterintelligence Security Agency to be seated in Andover, MA. We'd love for you to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Manage records, files, and correspondence like a pro.
  • Support the employee in- and out-processing.
  • Coordinate travel and make magic happen with DTS (Defense Travel System).
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and ready for action.
  • Serve as the ultimate liaison for senior staff and external agencies.
  • Craft polished reports, presentations, and communications.
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree + 3 years of senior-level admin experience (or 8 years of experience in place of a degree).
Required Skills
  • Superior communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (think spreadsheets, presentations, and internet wizardry).
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and timekeeping management.
Security Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI
