At Raytheon, we develop solutions that help defend freedom and deter aggression. We are seeking a temporary Kinaxis Rapid Response contractor to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions. The contractor will build planning dashboards, workbooks, and workflows, and integrate ERP/PRISM and other enterprise systems to enhance supplier collaboration and real‑time data visibility. Responsibilities also include translating business requirements into technical configurations, resolving data integration issues across platforms like PRISM, and supporting advanced planning solutions such as supplier capacity and forecasting.
The contractor will contribute to project documentation, status reports, and architectural artifacts, and work under the guidance of the Supply Chain Planning Solutions Leader.
Assignment Length: 6‑9 months (variable based on business need)
What You Will Do- Design and implement scalable supply chain solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Configure, develop, and implement new workbooks, task flows, dashboards, and metrics
- Integrate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real‑time data flows
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and best practices for system configurations and data integration
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define architecture standards and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues with systems such as PRISM and Snowflake
- Lead the integration of large data sets to enable advanced analytics, reporting, supplier capacity, forecasting, and visibility across planning scenarios
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all aspects of system design and implementation
- University degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience
- Strong problem‑solving and technical skills
- Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience integrating platforms and tools with Rapid Response (ETL pipelines, flat file integration, and APIs)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / PRISM)
- U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations
- Experience with major Rapid Response modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, Capacity, Forecasting, and IBP/SI&OP)
- 2‑5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response in a technical or solution design role
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- General supply‑chain knowledge (Integrated Business Planning, Procurement, Acquisition, Sourcing)

CompensationHourly rate: $41.73 to $79.42 (estimate based on experience). RTX considers role, function, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills when extending an offer.
