Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our ERP deployment projects. This role will involve managing the end‑to‑end implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP solutions, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Travel: up to 25% of the time.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Regional ERP Deployment Leader on strategy, resources, project schedule, etc.
- Prepare and execute the plan for ERP deployment projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget requirements are met.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across finance, HR, supply chain, deployment, plants, and other departments to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather input throughout the deployment process.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Ensure comprehensive training and change‑management strategies are in place to support users during and after deployment.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and best practices in deployment.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
For a U.S. based position, the compensation range is $185,000–$205,000 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive.
