Data Analyst, IT Project Manager, IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash, Expenses) as the technical SME
- Translate business needs into system configurations, integrations, and scalable solutions
- Partner with Finance to align systems with strategy and drive process improvements and automation
- Manage and govern Finance data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Oversee integrations, data flows, and reconciliations across systems
- Support configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit readiness
- Provide user support, training, and drive adoption of best practices
- Lead projects, track progress, and coordinate cross‑functional teams
- Continuously improve processes, system capabilities, and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance experience (configuration, support, implementations)
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, accounting, and compliance
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash, Expenses)
- Experience with business process design, testing, and requirements documentation
- Knowledge of data governance, audit controls, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Program/project management experience with both business and IT alignment

CompensationThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
