Supply Chain Planning Solutions Developer; TEMP

Seeking an experienced temporary Kinaxis Rapid Response contractor to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions. The role focuses on building planning dashboards, workbooks, and workflows, integrating ERP/PRISM and other enterprise systems to enhance supplier collaboration and real‑time data visibility. The assignment length is estimated at six to nine months and will be directed by the Supply Chain Planning Solutions Leader.

The position is a U.S.

-based role and is available for both on‑site and off‑site work in a hybrid arrangement.

• Design and implement scalable supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response design.
• Configure, develop, and deploy new workbooks, task flows, dashboards, and metrics.
• Integrate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real‑time data flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and best practices for system configurations and data integration.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define architecture standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve data integration issues across systems such as PRISM, Snowflake, and other boundary platforms.
• Lead the integration of large data sets for advanced analytics, reporting, supplier capacity, forecasting, and visibility across planning scenarios.
• Document project deliverables, status reports, and architectural artifacts to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards throughout system design and implementation.

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience integrating platforms and tools used with Rapid Response (ETL pipelines, flat file integration, and APIs).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Prism).
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Major Rapid Response modules:
  Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, Capacity, Forecasting, IBP/SI&OP.
• 2‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in a technical or solution‑design role with Kinaxis Response.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• General knowledge of supply‑chain functions including integrated business planning, procurement, acquisition, and sourcing.

Hourly rate: $41.73 to $79.42. Hired applicants may also be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays, as well as potential incentive compensation programs. Benefits vary by business unit and collective‑bargaining agreements.
