Position Overview
We are seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) based 100% onsite at our facility in Andover, Massachusetts. U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable Secret security clearance are required prior to start date.
Responsibilities- Ensure system compliance, auditing, and security plan development.
- Deliver information systems security education and awareness to staff.
- Assist in investigating security violations and prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
- Collaborate routinely with the facility security team, program personnel, and government representatives.
- Perform security sustainment activities such as hardware and software change management, account management, media protection, user interface, and file transfers.
Within six months of hire, the candidate must obtain and maintain a security professional certification commensurate with IAM Level I (e.g., Security+).
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity, systems hardening, and information technology compliance-based auditing using RMF, DCSA, JSIG, NISPOM, and non-defense regulations such as FAA, PCI, ISO 9001, or HIPAA.
- Experience supporting computer technologies including databases, operating systems, network hardware, software, hardware troubleshooting, and electronics.
- Knowledge of physical security, investigations, or border patrol, and project or program management, office management, senior administration, or account management.
- Preferred experience in DoD classified operating and/or laboratory environments, familiarity with RMF, NISPOM/DAAPM, JSIG, ICD 503, STIGs, and associated NIST publications, audit reviews of physical security, network logs, password administration, and file access privileges, as well as cyber incident response management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary RangeUSD 68,900 – 131,100 per year, based on experience and location.
