About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Revenue Solution Architect to join our client's team in a mission-critical role
. This is a hands-on architecture and leadership position where you will be responsible for designing, leading, and delivering Zuora Revenue implementations across complex enterprise system landscapes
, with integration to Workday Financials and other ERP platforms.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Zuora Revenue (formerly Rev Pro), including end-to-end implementations
, solutioning for revenue recognition challenges, and leading cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Zuora Revenue across multiple client engagements.
• Own the solution design for revenue recognition processes, ensuring alignment with ASC 606 standards and company-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Engineering) to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Zuora Revenue modules including performance obligations, revenue rules, and automation scripts.
• Lead integration efforts between Zuora Revenue and ERP systems
  , especially Workday Financials

• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to developers and implementation teams.
• Establish best practices and reusable templates to accelerate delivery across projects.
• Drive workshops, proof of concepts, and solution demos with stakeholders.
• Ensure robust documentation for architecture, processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Support data migration, testing strategies, and hypercare during go-live phases.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro) solution architecture and implementations.
• Successfully led 5 or more Zuora Revenue implementations across complex enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition rules (ASC 606) and their practical application in Zuora.
• Proven experience with Workday Financials integration or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Expertise in Revenue Workflows, Performance Obligation Setups, Event Processing, Revenue Rules, etc.
• Excellent understanding of Zuora data model
  , reporting tools, and revenue automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data migration
  , integration strategies
  , and system performance tuning

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zuora Revenue certification(s)
• Workday Financials experience (Revenue, Billing, Accounting)
• Experience with iPaaS or middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato
• Background in SaaS business models and subscription billing environments
