Personal Lines Account Manager

Our client, a highly respected independent insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Andover, MA. This is a full-time, onsite role offering the opportunity to work with multiple insurance carriers while providing exceptional service to valued clients.

About the Role

The Person al Lines Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of personal insurance clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This role requires a client-focused, detail-oriented professional who can manage all aspects of personal lines accounts while delivering a "wow" experience every time. Salary up to $70k, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business, handling all service needs including policy changes, renewals, claims, and billing inquiries.
• Provide proactive, high-level customer service to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and support new business efforts.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal producers to secure optimal coverage solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay current on industry trends and carrier offerings.
• Work to retain existing clients while contributing to agency growth through referrals and cross-sales.

• Prior personal lines and customer service experience required.
• Holds an active P&C license.
