About the Role
The Person al Lines Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of personal insurance clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This role requires a client-focused, detail-oriented professional who can manage all aspects of personal lines accounts while delivering a "wow" experience every time. Salary up to $70k, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, handling all service needs including policy changes, renewals, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Provide proactive, high-level customer service to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and support new business efforts.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal producers to secure optimal coverage solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and stay current on industry trends and carrier offerings.
- Work to retain existing clients while contributing to agency growth through referrals and cross-sales.
- A consummate professional with a sharp, polished presence and instinctive commitment to service.
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust with clients and colleagues.
- Prior personal lines and customer service experience required.
- Holds an active P&C license.
