From concept to shelf, our Purchasing team plays a critical role in bringing toys to life. We work directly with international factories, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Studio, and ensure our products meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Role OverviewThe Assistant Buyer plays an active role in purchasing execution and category support. This position bridges execution and developing buying judgment, providing hands-on involvement in purchase order management, vendor coordination, and product approvals.
This role requires strong follow-through, organization, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with international partners.
Key Responsibilities- Place and manage purchase orders under direction of Buyer or Senior Buyer
- Track order status and communicate with overseas vendors
- Review and approve samples and artwork to ensure alignment with specifications
- Maintain organized purchasing documentation and category files
- Support production timelines and internal reporting
- Partner with Sales, Studio, and Product teams to ensure alignment
- 1–3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience
- Microsoft Office required;
Microsoft NAV experience preferred - Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working with international factories across time zones
- Mandarin language skills are a plus (not required)
- Enthusiasm for toy innovation and product improvement
- Highly organized with exceptional time management
