Material Program Manager - Global Patriot; Andover, MA, Tewksbury, MA, or Huntsville, AL

Position Summary

Material Program Manager (MPM) – Global Supply Chain (GSC) activities for Global Patriot US Sustainment & MAP Programs s onsite role is available in Andover, MA;
Tewksbury, MA; or Huntsville, AL.

• Represent GSC and serve as the GSC interface to the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Report GSC program status, communicate critical issues, and implement solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool (MFT) and conduct forecast variance analysis.
• Implement proactive management of material sales Risk & Opportunity via the ROM Tool to ensure predictability.
• Support program offset and/or localization efforts, including international supplier assessment and development.
• Support GSC new program start‑up activities, including development of the Material Program Plan (MPP), Contract Flow‑Through Brief (CFB), and baselining activities.
• Assist in end‑to‑end proposal management, including PMER kick‑offs and engagement with the LADS Strategic Proposals Team.
• Support program audits (internal and external) and mandatory USG Material Pricing Audits.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and Part 130 Sweeps.

• Minimum University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems such as PRISM and KINAXIS, and tools including ROM Tool, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and proposal development.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• A Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• MPM Level 4 Certification or the ability to obtain it within one year.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to implement functional and program objectives and interface at all levels of management and with suppliers.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.

Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD
