• Must successfully complete all company‑specified training programs.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Availability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Clean public areas and residents’ apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies; dusting furniture and equipment; polishing metalwork; washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Perform laundry duties: washing and drying resident laundry and textiles, folding/hanging laundry, distributing laundered articles, changing bed linens.
• Maintain resident laundry areas, including mopping floors, washing walls, and checking lint traps regularly.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies.
• Stock the cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Work with maintenance to ensure trash and dumpster areas remain clean.
• Request maintenance work orders for any needed repairs.
• Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance‑related issues promptly to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
