Base Pay Range$17.00/hr - $20.40/hr

- Must successfully complete all company‑specified training programs.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
- Availability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents.
- General knowledge of sanitation.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Clean public areas and residents’ apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies; dusting furniture and equipment; polishing metalwork; washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Perform laundry duties: washing and drying resident laundry and textiles, folding/hanging laundry, distributing laundered articles, changing bed linens.
- Maintain resident laundry areas, including mopping floors, washing walls, and checking lint traps regularly.
- Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
- Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
- Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies.
- Stock the cleaning cart with supplies.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Work with maintenance to ensure trash and dumpster areas remain clean.
- Request maintenance work orders for any needed repairs.
- Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
- Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance‑related issues promptly to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
