Position OverviewA compelling opportunity to join the Raytheon team as an Associate Director for the Qatar LIDS contract within the Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) organization.
Program Responsibilities- Execute the Qatar LIDS contract, including Coyote effectors / launchers and KuMFRFS radars.
- Lead daily coordination and execution of the program, collaborating with IPTs on development, procurement, and production scope.
- Oversee financial oversight for development and production teams.
- Manage program schedule, technical performance, risk mitigation, cost savings, and schedule mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day customer interface for status and technical performance.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
- Direct performance of program task elements—engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, contracts, finance, and administrative functions—for gate reviews and financial activities.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience as a Program Manager.
- Experience with testing and demonstration events on customer ranges and/or military equipment procurement/production.
- Experience with the Army or other DoD community.
- Experience managing programs while meeting financial, schedule and performance requirements.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Master’s in Business Administration.
- Program Management Level 3 Certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 12 months.
- Effective communication: technical writing, presentation preparation and delivery.
- Effective team building and leadership skills.
- Experience with FMS programs.
- Ability to monitor, interact and maintain execution synergy for multiple diverse technical teams.
- IMS and EVMS implementation and execution, including meeting EAC requirements.
- Strong financial management background for effective EAC management.

- Competitive salary range: 157,200 USD – 298,800 USD (good faith estimate).
