Job Summary

Position:
Program Operations Manager (POM) supporting the Global Patriot Product Line within the Land and Air Defense Strategic Business Unit in Andover, MA.

Role:
Responsible for the execution and delivery of Returns, Repairs, and end items to 19 allied countries. Coordinate across functions supporting critical returns and repairs.

• Coordinate and execute program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas.
• Support efforts to establish and coordinate all actions to support customer commitments.
• Coordinate Drive and mitigate accountability across business teams and escalating across cross‑functional teams.
• Reduce Repair Turn Around Time.

• A university degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years.
• Leadership experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Confidential) required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
• Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and leveraging information from material receipt through DD250 within a defense contracting organization.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
• Previous manufacturing process experience.
• EVMS L2 certification or ability to learn.
• Core/Six sigma experience.

Not relocation eligible. Salary range 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
