Patriot GEM-T OSC Capacity Associate Director

Position:
Associate Director, Operations & Supply Chain Capacity Lead – GT-M Patrol GEM‑T Missile product area, Land and Air Defense portfolio, Andover, Massachusetts.

This role requires leadership, strategy development, business acumen, highly effective communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to lead a team of MPM's & POM's in executing a capacity strategy for the GEM‑T program. The incumbent coordinates with the Integrated Product Team (IPT), Manufacturing Work Centers, and other functional partners to meet program schedules and cost objectives.

• Lead a team of MPM's & POM's working closely with the Patriot IPT, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Procurement to support program needs.
• Shape strategy and lead execution for OSC to increase Factory and Supply Base capacity aligned to the significant LRP ramp for GEM‑T, including cost reduction initiatives and cycle time improvement.
• Responsible for EAC's & financial management related to tech refresh/development and capacity increase scope; drive EAC performance, manage risk & opportunity, earned value, labor sales forecasts.
• Determine Make/Buy strategy across the ~3,500 part GEM‑T Bill of Materials, including robust dual‑sourcing strategy and capital planning for multiple missile integration sites domestically and internationally.
• Partner with Product Line / Program to determine timeline of capacity ramp and alignment to forecasted captures, ensuring robust execution strategy.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, or Engineering.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to be onsite daily in Andover, MA and travel ~25%.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.

• Supply Chain experience in an international, multi‑cultural organization, including global trade requirements.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
• Business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility, including contract management/negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to increase capacity across high‑profile, complex products.
• CORE certification.

Salary range: $157,200–$298,800 per year.
