This role is based in Andover, MA and is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple capital projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
  • Understand scope, factory and program needs of capital programs.
  • Drive and be involved in long‑range planning for capital TE.
  • Lead capital TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long‑Range Plan.
  • Follow TS EAC process for capital scope execution and metric generation.
  • Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon values and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics.
  • Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and other functional management to drive results and achieve program and business unit objectives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading mid‑ to large‑sized technical project teams.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects.
  • Experience with bidding proposals and long‑range planning.
  • Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with Program Configuration Management principles and tools such as IMS, PMX tools, or tracking books (preferred).
  • Knowledge of business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience supporting technical issue resolution and mentoring early‑career staff members, or managing project teams of various sizes (preferred).

The salary range for this role is USD
