- Lead execution of deployment projects
- Perform overall day-to-day project management to ensure deliverables are achieved within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Identify active project risks, monitor risk triggers, and execute contingency plans
- Drive planning and execution of all project activity in accordance with customer milestones
- Work closely with Aras teams and customer sponsors within Aras accounts
- Lead overall project implementation and project teams
- Own all Professional Services engagements
- Negotiate with key customer stakeholders
- Manage large teams and multiple projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science / IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years proven track record with large PDM/PLM software projects
- Proven track record leading large, enterprise PLM software deployments in a Project Management role
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise software deployments with teams of 3 or more members
- Experience managing large Commercial and Enterprise clients
- Experience managing project budgets, P&L, invoicing, and billing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to travel up to 50%
- PMP and/or SAFe certification preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrates expertise in leading large-scale PLM software deployments, managing project budgets, and executing project management methodologies. Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
