In this role, you’ll oversee ISO compliance, lead audits, drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross‑functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to reduce waste, defects, and rework. You’ll be seen as the go‑to quality leader on site.

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System
• Lead internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance
• Build, mentor, and develop the quality team as the department grows
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools
• Monday – Friday, standard business hours with excellent work‑life balance

• Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer from a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading QC technicians
• Looking to grow, develop a department, and progress long‑term within a business
