Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Process Development Technician to join their team. As a Process Development Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Process Development Technician
Location: Andover, MA
What's the Job?- Execute manufacturing operations on the production floor for various equipment including bioreactors, filtration systems, and chromatography skids.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unit operations such as CIP, SIP, and sanitization processes.
- Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment, automation, and process issues to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
- Review and document daily manufacturing activities accurately, monitor process trends, and communicate findings in real time.
- Experience in manufacturing operations within a regulated environment, preferably in biopharmaceutical or related industries.
- Knowledge of process equipment, automation systems, and GMP compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP, LIMS, or similar platforms.
