Production Supervisor – 1st Shift (EAST Circuit Card Manufacturing factory)

Andover, MA (US-MA)

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.

Responsibilities- Lead a manufacturing operations team of 10–15 employees, ensuring products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee execution of production schedule and cost control.
- Plan and forecast workforce needs, manage hiring and training, and track time and attendance.
- Design area layout and flow for optimal production efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify root causes of production failures and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and CORE methodologies.
- Control overhead expenses and manage capital identification for production assets.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in leading manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in circuit card assembly.
- Basic understanding of the Theory of Constraints.
- Experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
- Manufacturing or industrial engineering background in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process‑improvement methodologies.
