Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.

• Lead a manufacturing operations team of 10–15 employees, ensuring products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Oversee execution of production schedule and cost control.
• Plan and forecast workforce needs, manage hiring and training, and track time and attendance.
• Design area layout and flow for optimal production efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify root causes of production failures and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and CORE methodologies.
• Control overhead expenses and manage capital identification for production assets.

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in leading manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in circuit card assembly.
• Basic understanding of the Theory of Constraints.
• Experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Manufacturing or industrial engineering background in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process‑improvement methodologies.
