• Interpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturing practices.
• Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPs.
• Disposition non‑conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as required.
• Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production manufacturing process.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect), using CORE tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Provide real‑time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in‑house as well as the supply base.
• Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes.

• Typical requirements:
  Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of previous Manufacturing experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with cable and wire harness design or manufacturing.
• Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing methods through process modernisation.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, One Note).
• Active DoD CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET clearance.
• Six Sigma or RTX CORE Apprentice and/or Champion certified.
• Self‑motivated and results oriented.
• Experience in DFMA.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. Relocation assistance is not available.
