- Coordinate with Manufacturing Work Centers and functional partners to ensure on‑time integration of material and labor for manufacturing and contract schedules.
- Serve as the primary interface across all operation value streams and lead operations for implementing engineering change orders.
- Present reports to customers and directors representing the IPT team; manage and coordinate recurring and non‑recurring manufacturing resources.
- Develop Manufacturing Plans and support quarterly Estimated Available Capacity (EAC) projections.
- Manage the coordination and execution of CCM schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, PPL, IPT, Engineering, and other functional areas.
- Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6
Sigma best practices. - Lead cost‑reduction initiatives for recurring efforts and new business opportunities.
- Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and remove barriers.
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program or Project management.
- Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility.
- Previous leadership experience in a fast‑paced technical or manufacturing environment with multiple working organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and use of material receipt data through DD250 within a defense contracting organization.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
- Capital planning, Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments, Make/Buy/Where processes.
- Previous manufacturing process experience.
- EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn CORE/Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) and managing complex IMS with Microsoft Project.
