Process Development Technician

Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Process Development Technician to join their team. As a Process Development Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the execution of critical production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Execute manufacturing operations on the production floor for various equipment such as bioreactors, filtration units, and chromatography skids.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unit operations including CIP, SIP, and sanitization processes.
• Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment, automation, and process issues, providing technical support to maintain smooth manufacturing flow.
• Review and document daily manufacturing activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GMP standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within biopharmaceutical or related industries.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment such as bioreactors, autoclaves, and filtration systems.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP regulations, and validation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
