As an Analyst, Scheduling, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and components necessary to meet production and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve production challenges, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials to support manufacturing and Depot operations.
What You Will Do- Manage a high visibility, high mix, high volume area.
- Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
- Releasing production orders in MRP system and confirming in shop floor system.
- Coordinates kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas.
- Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, WIP movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule.
- Maintaining integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.
- This will be an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other relevant transferable experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or six sigma project implementations.
- Experience with Wave track and in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
- Experience managing a product line.

Salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
