** 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

** Pay Rate:**  $23.00/hr

** Position Overview*
* We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced  
** Production/Warehouse Lead
** to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity, quality, and attendance standards are met.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Supervise and support multiple  
** Temporary Associates*
* + Provide leadership to other Production/Warehouse Leads as needed

+ Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and workflow

+ Manage  
** timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting*
* + Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance support

+ Communicate attendance or performance concerns with the staffing agency

+ Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met

+ Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency

** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience in a  
** warehouse, production, or manufacturing lead/supervisory role*
* + Strong leadership and team management skills

+

Experience with scheduling and timekeeping systems

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

** Preferred Qualifications*
* +  
** Bilingual in English and Spanish**  (highly preferred)
