Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Operations Engineer, Production Manager
Position:
Analyst, Scheduling (Onsite) – located in Andover, MA. Requires U.S. citizenship and a valid DoD Confidential security clearance.
The Analyst, Scheduling plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and components necessary to meet production and customer requirements. This onsite role supports manufacturing and depot operations in the Andover, MA facility.
Responsibilities- Manage a high-visibility, high‑mix, high‑volume area.
- Perform material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Release production orders in the MRP system and confirm them in the shop‑floor system.
- Coordinate kitting processes with multiple stores and consolidation areas.
- Provide production‑floor support: replacement part management, material staging, WIP movement, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to the next step.
- Maintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.
- University degree or equivalent experience; fewer than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Preferred:
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience with proven project results. - Preferred:
Experience with Material and Inventory Control systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, and Wave Track. - Preferred:
Product line management experience.

Salary range: $57,200 – $108,800 per year, commensurate with experience.
