Overview
Senior Analyst, Scheduling – Andover, MA (Onsite, 2nd Shift). Requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret security clearance. Daily interaction with cross‑functional teams to forecast material and workforce needs, manage kit readiness, and support production operations.
Responsibilities- Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting
- Manage Kit Readiness in collaboration with BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control
- Release production orders in the MRP system and confirm in the shop floor system
- Coordinate kitting processes across multiple stores and consolidation areas
- Provide shop floor support: replacement part management, material staging, WIP movement, unit completion, and delivery to next step
- Control the disposition of non‑conforming or specially handled material (Return to Vendor, purge, WIP STOP per contractual restrictions, component configuration)
- Maintain integrity of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics
- Process piece‑part movement to support internal build requirements via subcontractors, shared resources, and other Raytheon facilities
- University degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, project management, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Material and Inventory Control systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts

SalaryUSD 68,900–131,100 per year (good faith estimate). Compensation is based on role, function, experience, education, and key skills.
